• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• If there is any delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the phone number or email provided during checkout.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–5 business days

• Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your order. We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible products throughout Pakistan. Our customer support team may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available), allowing you to track your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Arish Traders is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the parcel to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the package and product to help resolve the issue promptly.
