At Arish Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.

The product must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage caused by the customer.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) may be required.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
Free Replacement for Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during delivery,
-
Defective,
-
Not working properly upon arrival, or
-
Different from the product you ordered,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
After verification, we will provide a FREE replacement at no additional cost. You may be asked to provide photos or a short video showing the issue to help us process your replacement quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Products that have been used or altered.

Products returned without their original packaging.

Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.

Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless defective).

To request a return or replacement:

If requested, share clear photos or a video of the product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-functional product, Arish Traders will bear all return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not related to a product defect, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
